How we build

We look for companies that are already great, not ones that need fixing. Our job is to scale what's working: more capital, more infrastructure, more support, without losing sight of what made the company great in the first place. As an independent sponsor, we're not working off a fixed-life fund with a clock running. We build for the long term, alongside the people who built it.
